Players Worked With –

I worked on this practice with male players aged 17-19yrs, who were part of a semi-professional team’s scholarship program.

How it Went –

The practice was ok. The observing Head Coach had placed his 1st team against his 2nd team. This resulted in the 1st team being dominant.

How to Improve –

I tried to resolve this issue by introducing specific challenges for the dominant team. For example, ‘3-touch play only’ and ‘8 seconds to shoot or the ball goes to the opposition’
