The International Coaches Group was an idea which I started in 2015. The purpose was for coaches in different countries to connect, share experiences, debate and support. Regardless of level of experience or qualification. I used the free messanger service, WhatsApp, as our main platform and then extended to creating a website, DropBox, Twitter account, Facebook group and mailing list format. When I chose to close the group, in 2018, the members were overwhelmingly opposed. They asked for the group to stay open. Many had found The International Coaches Group to be an excellent support system for them, especially if they did not have exposure to a coaching family. At this stage, we had over 120 members.
