The detail is in our messages within our session plan, being true to our long-term aims, explaining➕re-explaining to our players in a variety of ways which support their learning styles, yet capture their drive. Coaching not just to hear our own voice or prove to everyone that we have all of the answers – whatever the answers may be🤷🏾♀️
